Teacher Training Campaign

At the Playgarden by the Sea, we believe the quality of a child’s early experience begins with the person standing in the room with them.

A teacher who has been trained not just in curriculum, but in warmth, rhythm, and the nurturing arts — who understands the developing child deeply, who meets each moment with intention and care — changes everything. For the child. For the family. For the community.

This summer, two of our beloved educators are beginning the Lifeways Certificate program — a transformational, multi-level training rooted in Waldorf philosophy and whole-child development. In exchange, our teachers commit to three years of continued service at the Playgarden. That means stability, continuity, and consistency for the children and families who depend on us.

This summer, we are launching the Lifeways Teacher Training Fund — and we are inviting you to help us build it.

OUR GOAL: $24,000 by July 30, 2026

YOUR GIFT IN ACTION

•       $50 — Funds a LifeWays online training module for one educator

•       $150 — Covers Lifeguard or CPR certification

•       $500 — Nearly fully funds a Wholly Wild training experience

•       $1,000 — Covers Leading with Spirit Training and travel for one administrator

•       $2,500 — Funds one full travel session for a teacher

•       $5,250 — Sponsors one educator through full Lifeways Certification

Every gift, at every level, moves us closer to a team of educators who are among the most thoughtfully trained in early childhood education — and to the children who will grow in their care.

Thank you for believing in what we do — and for helping us do it better, year after year.

With warmth and gratitude,
The Playgarden by the Sea Community
